David Glickman

David has his own brand, strategy and product consulting company whose clients have included Amazon, Nokia, Providence Health, Best Buy. PG&E, IDEO and SYPartners. Prior, he was Co-Founder and COO of Lively, a connected health platform designed to help elders live independently, that was sold in 2015.

Before Lively, David was a Partner and co-leader of the San Francisco office of SYPartners (, a transformation consultancy. In addition, David led engagements with Mark Zuckerberg at Facebook and the leadership team of Nike+ at Nike. In addition, David led business development and secured engagements with CEOs and leadership teams of a wide cross section of private and public companies, including Celgene, Schwab, Yahoo!, and William Morris Endeavor and Virgin America. David co-founded Unstuck (, a division of SYPartners that launched popular iPad app to help people get Unstuck in life and leadership. Earlier in his career David was a product marketing manager and developer evangelist in the Newton Division at Apple, Inc.

Perhaps his most rewarding experience is starting a non-profit called CHALK (, a nationally recognized early pioneer in integrating technology and the internet to provide transformational employment to at- risk youth.

Wendy Lea

Having delivered business solutions in 30 countries, Wendy Lea brings a worldly point of view to digital innovation and her entrepreneurial pursuits. OnTarget, Stratify and Get Satisfaction are three of her many leadership successes. She is currently the CEO of Cintrifuse, a public private partnership designed to build a tech-based economy in the Greater Cincinnati Region, and a member of C200 and Cincinnati Women’s Executive Forum.

In 2012 and 2013, Wendy was recognized as a Women of Influence in both Silicon Valley and San Francisco. She currently serves on the board of The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, The Health Collaborative, INTERalliance of Greater Cincinnati, and on the board of Techstars in Boulder, Colorado and Xyleme in Denver, Colorado.

Amy Errett

Amy's multifaceted career has ranged from founding and operating companies, to investing in startups, to volunteer nonprofit leadership. Currently, Amy is Founder and CEO of Madison Reed, a beauty brand that is challenging industry titans L'Oreal and Clairol. She is also a Venture Partner at True Ventures, focusing on investments in consumer and ecommerce startups.

Prior to founding Madison Reed, Amy was a General Partner responsible for the Bay Area office of Maveron, a leading venture capital firm. Before Maveron, Amy was CEO of Olivia, where she repositioned the travel business as a complete lifestyle company. Amy also served on the senior management team at E*TRADE where she diversified the company beyond its brokerage offerings and ran a $200 million business. This followed 10 years as founder and CEO of The Spectrem Group, a worldwide strategic consulting firm.

Amy was named one of the "Bay Area's Most Influential Women in Business" by the San Francisco Business Times. She was also a finalist for Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award in the Northern California region, which she won in 2006 for the consumer category.

Amy believes in the power of giving back and dedicates herself to supporting humanitarian organizations. She and her wife, Clare, live in San Francisco with their daughter, Madison Reed.

Karl P. Ronn

Karl is also an active advisor to CEOs and top management at Fortune 500 companies. He has founded multiple startups and helps Fortune 500 companies create their own billion-dollar growth engines.

During his 30-year tenure in management at Procter & Gamble, Karl rose to the post of Vice President of R&D and General Manager of New Business/Healthcare; in that position, he oversaw global R&D for pharmaceuticals and over-the-counter health care and was responsible for developing the company’s capability to create disruptive innovations. Karl helped create entirely new brands that are globally revered, including Swiffer, Febreze, and Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. As a result of his strategic insights and understanding of consumer behavior, the new categories rapidly grew to $1 billion in annual sales.

His book on turning disruption into business through partnerships, "The Reciprocity Advantage," has received accolades from CEOs and academics alike.

He a Managing Director at Health2047, is on the advisory boards of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the University of Toledo, and multiple startups.

Sam Yagan

Sam Yagan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ShopRunner, Inc., which provides its members with free two- day shipping at over 150 leading online retailers. Sam also served as the Vice-Chairman of Match Group (Nasdaq: MTCH), a position he assumed after leading the company as Chief Executive Officer through a period of explosive growth that culminated in its IPO in 2015.

Sam's prior entrepreneurial ventures in the consumer internet sector include SparkNotes and eDonkey. Sam's devotes himself to mentoring technology entrepreneurs and in 2009, he co-founded Excelerate Labs (now TechStars Chicago), a leading start-up accelerator. In 2014, Sam founded Corazon Capital, an early-stage venture fund with over $50m under management; he sits on the board of several start-ups, including ShiftGig, SpotHero, & Brilliant. Sam has earned recognition on TIME Magazine's "100 Most Influential People in the World," Fortune Magazine's "40 Under 40", Crain's Chicago "40 Under 40", Billboard Magazine's "30 Under 30," Crain's "Tech 25," D Magazine's "Dallas 500" and ranked #19 on Silicon Alley Insider's "Most Inspiring and Influential People." He has received the Chicago Innovation Awards'
